These providers may use cookies or similar technologies. You may have the ability to opt out of this collection through Google Ads Settings, Facebook Ad Preferences, or YourAdChoices. You may opt-out of the sharing of your information for non-essential purposes by sending an email request to FundYourEdge Support. In order to opt-out you may need to disable certain cookies in your browser. We may send you different types of communications by email, SMS/text message, or other electronic means:

Because these communications are necessary to provide our Services, you may not opt out of receiving them.
Marketing and Promotional Communications: From time to time, we may send you newsletters, promotions, special offers, or other marketing or promotional messages. You may opt out of receiving these marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in the message, by replying "STOP" to an SMS/text, by clicking the 'unsubscribe' link in the message, or by contacting FundYourEdge Support.
Even if you opt out of marketing communications, you will continue to receive transactional and service-related communications necessary for your use of the Services.
Automated Decision-Making
We may use limited profiling and automated scoring to (i) detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, account takeover, and violations of our rules; and (ii) tailor content and marketing. These processes do not produce legal or similarly significant effects for you. Where required by law, you may object to profiling for marketing.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including to provide the FundYourEdge Services, comply with our legal, accounting, enforce our agreements, and resolve disputes. We generally retain non-transactional customer communications for up to three (3) years from the date of the communication and transactional or financial communications and records for up to seven (7) years from the date of the transaction. These retention periods are intended to help us meet our legal, tax, and compliance obligations. We retain Account registration details (such as name, email, date of birth, and IP addresses used at registration or login) for a period after Account closure to help prevent fraud, respond to law enforcement requests, and enforce our platform rules. These records are typically retained for ten (10) years after Account closure, after which they are securely deleted or anonymized unless required for ongoing legal, regulatory, or security purposes. We may anonymize or aggregate data so that it can no longer be associated with you and retain such information indefinitely.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting FundYourEdge Support, though this may limit your ability to use certain Services.
